Hi everyone! I made a delicious salad for lunch
- 1 cup of lettuce
- 1/2 cup of cucumber (peeled)
- 1/2 apple
- 2 tbs of healthy salad dressing
It's only 53 calories! Can you believe it?
Of Course I also had 4 onz of tilapia and 1/2 cup of potatoes!
