So I have had a good couple of days. Monday and Tuesday ate good and exercised both days. I haven't been logging my food but am trying to keep it in check.

I was down to 155.2 this morning. It is going the right direction, just slower than I want :O) But I suppose that is always the case!

    I'm sorry your day was yucky on Monday... I hope that you've had a good one since. And I hope that the scale starts showing you a little love for the work you've been putting into it.

    Oh how I hate the scale. It was back up to 154.8 this morning and I actually did pretty good over the weekend. I didn't exercise Saturday or Sunday but I ate ok. That means not even a full pound lost from last Monday! Oh well...such is life.

    Just goes with the rest of the day I am having!

    Down again...153.8, only a little but that is what I want to see, down EVERY day :O) So yesterday I exercised but didn't eat great (not bad but not what I need to).

    Didn't exercise Wednesday but ate good! I was down to 154 even this morning!!!

    So 4 pounds to go in...15 days. It is possible but I am going to have to really work at it! Eating good AND exercising!
