I'm working to keep up my motivation. My 10 minutes per day has been a bit tough, but I'm trying to make up for it. Part of my problem is the World Series. The Texas Rangers have seriously taken a lot of my time. All of their games have been long, but so worth watching. How cool is it to have my favorite team play my childhood favorite team.
I decided to try the video on demand belly dancing. It's 14 minutes long and it's fun. The person they have doing the video makes it easy to follow. If I can do it, anyone can. I can be so uncoordinated, but she makes it easy.
Tonight, I decided to add a Leslie Sansone workout. I signed up for the walk at home club since I get a discount through AARP. There is a really fast 1 mile workout this month. I will get back my momentum.
