Almost caved

I keep walking past the Halloween sugar cookies I made last weekend and I almost cave in and bag this whole diet thing. But, I found a quick fix in the fridge, an already peeled cucumber. It was crunchy and only 7 calories, so for now...I'm good! This is the longest I've stuck to anything diet related (just over a month) and I still pretty much bag the weekends since I'm away from home so much, but I'm going to do this, no matter how long it takes!!!!!

    You blog is interesting. My cookies and sweets use to sit on the cupboard until last week. I put them in the cabinet where I do not see them. I told my husband he is making his own lunch from now on because I will nibble on cookies and potato chips when I make his lunch. He thought is was funny. I was dead serious.

I weighed myself last week Monday and I came back to Sparkpeople last week Tuesday. Reading that scale and seeing those numbers was enough. I weighed myself yesterday and I lost 4 pounds.

How I look at your cookie situation and what I did...OUT OF SIGHT...OUT OF MIND! It worked for me. emoticon

    You can do it! Of course I think it would be easier if you just gave the cookies to someone else to eat.
