I am blown away..

Tuesday, October 25, 2011

Last month I went to see my Doctor for my regular check up & I mentioned that my hands & feet get all tingling feeling in them & I feel I don't get the right sleep I should..
SO she set me up for a sleep study Oct, 11th was my first visit to the Sleep & Wellness center..
They wired me all up & closed my door I watched some TV till I fell a sleep just to find out I stopped breathing 114 times in 1 hour!!
I am told I have Sleep apnea ..
I am in total shock as why this is happening now..I lost all my weight I exercise regular & eat healthy..
I am just blown away on this & having to wear oxygen at night with a mask..
I am not ready for this at all..
I thought I was healthy well my blood work says I am total cholesterol is 153..
EVERYTHING is great there but my breathing..
Well what else is going to happen next..I PRAY nothing & I will some how get over this..

I just read you got a good nights rest. Just imagine you could have gone undiagnosed and never knew you had issue. Bravo for your doctor being right on and sending you for the study!

Wow! What a shocking revelation! So sorry :((( But it really has nothing to do with how healthy a lifestyle you live unfortunately, anyone can have this.. I don't know that there is a solution to it except to wear the oxygen mask when you are sleeping :(
Guess you will soon find out what the consequences will be..
    Sending healing thoughts.
