This morning my husband said my goal was to find some recipes and take care of me. That was a great way to start the day.
So I have been tracking all that goes in my mouth today and I forgot that when you track you are always more careful of what you eat.
I found my exercise dvd's and dusted them off. now all I need to do is actually use them.
