Back on track.

I have begun to workout in the early mornings before work. I joined the gym and do simple workouts. I get on the treadmill for an hour. I am doing a class two times a week. A circuit training with weights. I try to workout three to five times a week.

My eating is still an issue. We are cooking more. We have been laid off so we are home more. Cooking is my joy in life. We do stock the house with health options to cook.

I am feeling better but are having issues to sleeping enough with getting up earlier but I have found that a short catnap does wonders.
