It's nine fifteen a.m and I'm browsing sparkspeople.com. I am managing my trophies, because it's motivating and want to earn my blogger trophy. It's been a week and a day since I found this site, and decided to get motivated and lose weight. So far so good, I've been consistent with working out every day except on my off days of sat and Sunday both of which those days I walked five miles. So I hope to get back down to 110lbs my pre baby weight! I'm excited and can't wait for the results but I also know I have to be patient, and it's nice to have a place where even if you can't see the progress physically yet, you can see progress on the calories you burn and activity you do!
