There is no magic, I know we all want to believe that, but there isn't. Something someone else said the other day really hit me hard. We can't try to fit exercise and being healthy into our lives, what we need to do is fit our lives into exercise and being healthy. Meaning, that part is non-negotiable, and we need to work around everything else in life that is thrown our way. I'm glad you're back!

Wow..if I had gained 10 lbs and still looked like you, I'd feel like I was in pretty good shape. Looks like you have a lot to live for and I see a really fun person beaming from the other side of the camera. Best of luck to you.....my wife keeps telling me to drink lots of water. So I finally remembered a little trick that I ran across when I was out of town in a hotel. The hotel put a 5 gallon jar of water up front for all to drink using the little disposable cups and then they put strawberry and lemon slices in it. Wow, now that water was there 24/7 so I drank a lot of water. Now I have a tea picture in the fridge and even though I'd rather have chips and junk.....the water is filling me up. So maybe I'll get my 8 glasses a day in, especially since I'm not a big water drinker to start with. How about you?
