I did my week challenge of logging my food. I didn't get everything from today and yesterday logged into Spark but I have it all written down. For the most part it went well. I may have eaten a little bit extra chicken tonight.... Favorite meal chicken quesadillas so I ate a lot of salad first.
Last night was a bit tough, my daughter woke up not feeling well around midnight so I needed to be up with her for a while, which caused some stress, which caused me to eat. fairly healthy snacks but about 250 calories worth...maybe more...which put me over my daily calories.
I did weigh in yesterday, first time in at least a month and i am back down to 222 my low weight which I was happy about. (not including the 6-7 pounds I lost right after surgery but then went back up to 222 soon after) Now to start get losing again. My goal now is to again lose that 7 lbs and get to 215.
So the week is done. I feel successful in my challenge. I do feel better. I've been doing crunches so my abs also feel stronger.
Now on to 215.
