I had a number of changes to my weekend plans that impacted my getting enough to eat and drinking enough water. Largely because I was on the road driving far more than I had planned for which left me without the things I needed. Rather than give in and allow myself to have a bunch of junk - I had nothing. I realize neither was a good choice but I figure "nothing" is easier to rebound from than allowing my pallet to desire more sugar or things I should not have.
My goals for this week are the same as last week. I figure, if I maintain the same goals until mid-November of for a full month then they are more likely to become positive habits. I will change them IF I achieve the goal. In that case, I will celebrate with fewer goals and still wait until mid-November to add something else. (Little by little. . .)
These are my goals for the week:
1, I will wake up at 6am and read my daily devotional.
2. I will do the 15-min stability ball workout.
3. I will complete 1 overdue assignment and a 1 reading assignment each night so I can be back on track by Wednesday.
4. I will drink a cup of hot decaffeinated green tea before bed.
5. I will go to bed by 11 pm.
