In August after some alarming results from my blood work, I was told my cholesterol was high again (it yo yos) and that my blood sugar was high that I might have a little bit diabetes going on. That D word scared me extremely. Thatís when "Eat to Live' found me at just the perfect time. I clicked on the icon that showed up on Facebook and learned about ETL. I ordered the book for my kindle and was reading it in seconds. It made so much sense to me that I began the 6 week challenge the middle of August as of October 1, I had lost 21 lbs. moved down into a new set of numbers and a lower BMI category! This is the biggest accomplishment in 20 years!! I was so happy; however I began to slack and put 3 lbs back on and the stuck there for 2 weeks. So I want to recommit and add increased accountability to help me stay focused and on track.
