I did not do as well as I would have liked today. It started bad when I did not get up and do my morning walk. I was just to tired or to lazy to get up, I am not sure which. I did do some exercise, while at work I was able to fit in 2 10 minute walks and after I got home for work I had time to take the dog for about a 10 minute walk. Once again I skip the strength training that I had schedule for tonight, I will schedule it for again tomorrow and hope I have the time and energy to fit it in,
For eating I did very well today, I was right at were I wanted to be for each meal. It was all healthy food that I have not eating a lot of in the past. I even broke down and ate some tomatoes (I dislike tomato). I was very happy with myself for sticking to my... I don't want to call it a diet, so lets say... Healthier eating habits.
Over all I feel pretty good about myself today and I am determined to do better tomorrow. I will be a better healthier person, for my kids, for my wife, for my career and most importantly for myself!
