back and need prayer

I have not tracked and have gained even though I have been exercising 3 -4 times a week,for the most part.
Going to try again. Need a buddy but have not been able to find one. Please pray for me. emoticon
By the way homeschooling and my parttime job are going well. emoticon

    Hey--I am back too. Life can get hectic and it is hard to define Godly goals sometimes. Health is important, but not the end-all. We have to number our days. Anyway, I am here for you if I can help motivate/listen/whatever.

    Good for you! I am totally with you in the part-time work, full-time mom and home schooler! Glad to see you back.
If your exercise is in a rut, kick up a notch...or add something new like weights. Also, aim for 5 times a week for cardio.
My biggest problem is the evening when I have more computer time/work. I tend to eat and munch. I have been keeping my dumbbells close by so I can get in some upper body ST instead of popping food into my mouth. Works good on the days I'm lifting, not so good on the days I want to CHOW DOWN!
But it is actually going better. Lost 2 pounds this month so it's heading in the right direction.
If we lived closer, we could walk together. I made a commitment to myself to walk all winter long at least once a week OUTSIDE! Winter is usually my hibernation time where I come inside and put on the pounds. By Christmas I look like a pillsbury dough boy. NOT this year! I added my goals to the "Other Goals" tab and I chech them off each night!
Keeps me in line. But I like lists.
