BREAKFAST (6:45 a.m.)
Pancakes w/butter and syrup; 5 prunes
REMINDER TO CONCERNED SPARKERS: I'm in church all morning thru afternoon on Sundays so there is no time for lunch and snacks, etc. It's usually just breakfast and early dinner on Sundays.
DINNER (3:00 p.m.)
A seafood salad 7" sub from Wegmans, along with sweet potato chips (not healthy...don't let the name fool you) and Fanta Zero fruit punch soda
WATER TOTALS: 3 cups (Boooooo!)
