I went to bed at 5:30 this morning, and woke up at 8:47..lol.. that's gonna be a problem tonight.
I got up, and scrubbed my kitchen floor with a green scrubbie, and it is sparkling now. I still have to mop the bathroom, but no one wears shoes in there, so thats a 2 minute job. I finished that and went for a 45 minute walk.. I would guess about 2.5 mph. Foot hurt some , but manageable. Afterwards, I went and bought a new pair of shoes, and got some apples at the fruit stand before it closes ( Halloween ).
I am adding back in apples, and some of the lower carb cereal every other day.. moving up to about 90 carbs a day average. Gives me a little more fiber, and also allows me to have peas. Still getting over 150 g of protein, and I hope I can stick with it this whole week. I plan to hit the gym on Tuesday, and Thursday.. That's 3 days this week of exercise.. its a start.
Lions game is starting soon, and X Factor is tonight. Hopefully I can stay awake. I cooked up steak and mushrooms yesterday, but spilled in some extra pepper.. wow! hot. I am having the second half today, but adding tomatoes. Then 8 ozs of trout with peas for Supper.
I have 25 black olives to snack on during football, and bought a bunch of water bottles , so I never run out. I think all the food I am eating this week is healthy, not sure if it is a " plan ", but it is lower in carbs. If it works this week, it is the new Russell plan..lol. I am also adding in chili on Thursday.. kidney beans have a few extra carbs, but not really a trigger food for me. I just think it is cold enough for chili ( chilly for chili ) , and it sounded REAL good..lol
Today is beautiful outside. The leaves are changing. I hope fall is as long as our spring was. The sun was shining. It was actually a little warm.. almost 60, with a breeze. I love the quiet once I get away from the road. Just the sound of my breathing, and a great time to think. Very relaxing.
