Total Exercise Minutes: 88 minutes

I got up out of bed due to my shoulder aching last night (early morning about 2:30 AM) and went downstairs and cleaned the bar. We set stuff on the surface of it and it is a clutter hot spot. I put it all the stuff that was on it away and washed/rinsed/dried the formica surface. It was very dusty. I also wiped down some shelves that are along the basement steps.

I slept after that and didn't get up when the alarm went off at 8 AM. Our son bought us parfaits from Sheetz and I had mine with coffee. I had slept so late it was time for lunch.

I cleaned the tub in our son's bathroom. Working and taking breaks. Then I vacuumed the floors of the two bathrooms. While washing the floor in his bathroom, I upset the trash can that I had the scrub water in and made a mess to sop up with towels. I scrubbed the floor in our bathroom too and put down clean rugs by the tubs.

We had KFC Original chicken, several types/flavors of pop , potato salad, creamy cole slaw, biscuits, a peach pie and an apple pie and coffee for our guests. I drank my Sobe water and had one glass of soda.

I figured since everything was store-bought, I should do my walking too. It helps to limber up the places that ache. Our visitors were all gone by 10:30 PM and by the time I got everything cleaned up, it was 11:15 PM. I haven't been taking Princess for walks on days when I was cleaning and she barked and scratched the door when we put her in a bedroom or outside today while our visitors were here. She made a nuisance of herself and pulled out of her collar and ran to greet everyone and even did what I call her alligator roll so she wouldn't have to go into the bedroom and be separated from the visitors.

When you hold her collar, she flops down dead weight and rolls over trying to break your hold on her collar because her rolling twists the collar in your hand and wraps a loop of collar around you hand.

I think every one had a good time though and all were happy with what they had to eat. I just hope the pastor's wife's allergies don't flare up from the dog. My husband scrubbed the carpeting on the main level Friday evening.

I didn't see her sneeze or anything so I will pray that God will not let her be affected by being around our dog.

Glad all went well. I see FlyLady influences . . . I have to clean my hot spots today, too (dining room table, kitchen counter) Flat surface syndrome, I think. If it's flat, people put STUFF on it!

Hope you get a chance to relax today.

You have been working hard! Glad you enjoyed your company. If your dog had bothered her allergies, you would have seen her sneezing or itching while she was at your house. She probably took allergy medicine before she came over.

Don't you love having a dog? Roxy is great for getting me out to walk, it's her top favorite thing to do. I feel so bad I can't take her for walks right now. I am grateful that my husband is doing it.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
