I've been overworking myself again, not working out, and while I have been sticking with my nutrition goals, I could be eating much better than I am. I just feel so overloaded that I kinda shut down and can't get anything done then. Gonna go get a shovel to dig myself out of this funk!
Sometimes our work can get in the way of our personal goals, it happens sometimes. Don't be so hard on yourself, go to the gym when you can and have a deadline for all this craziness to be over so that you can get back track. Hopefully the healthy eating part of your life hasn't gone too haywire the key is to prepare all your meals for the week so that you know what you are going to eat and you don't have to rely too much on guessing what you are going to eat. 2012 days ago
