Well, I got home this morning from work and my feet and toes were hurting from a overly busy night at work (and my back). My husband and I had some dinner watched a little TV to relax and unwind and then went to bed for the day. We got up at 4:30pm, at 5:30 pm I was on my cycle for the start of my exercises. Feeling better and more energized now. My Sparkpeople DVD came in today and I will look at it on my night off. Looking for more exercises that I can do that does not require me to lay down-as I can not get on the floor. Standing and sitting exercises only.
I hope tonight at work will be at least a little less hectic and busy.
I will go for now.
