im back!!

so i took a sabbatical.... and took the time to think about what i was doing wrong, i know what i was doing wrong.... and what my weakness's are.... spending time on the computer, watching netflix movies, over eating, wrong choices in food, i have been working on all of these things. the exercising part, every other day for 30 mins, 10 strength, and 20 cardio.

im going to work hard on all of these things :)
