So I have a big anniversary party coming up...SWEET 16 :o) We will be celebrating 16 years married. The party is on Nov 11th. I decided I better get back in gear and lose the few pounds I put on and maybe a few more. Mainly I need to get back to exercise to tone it up again!!! I have been slacking. So I have 22 days, just over 3 weeks. My goal is 150...hehe how many times have I had that goal before?! Oh well, this time I am gonna make it. I weighed in at 157.2 this morning, up 4 from my last spark weigh in. I can lose 7.2 in 3 weeks because once I get committed the first few will come off easy then I will fight the rest. My main goal is going to be exercise EVERYDAY. I did on Tuesday but was super busy yesterday but will do something today. Have to make time for it. I am really sore, so it will probably be just a light jog or fast walk. Here's to 7.2 pounds in 22 days........
