slow and steady

I'm still working on my 5K training program. I'm in week 7 of 8 weeks and each week it gets a little more challenging.
The first couple weeks, it was like no big deal. Then it got a little tougher. This morning I was thinking about quitting...but I didn't.
The program is starting to kick my butt--and that's a good thing. I need a little kick now and again to keep me going.
Just one more week and I will run that 5K. No one can stop me. I won't stop myself.
