Stress Journal

Facing my fears this morning:

I woke up today and started worrying and stayed in bed for a long time just fretting. I haven't done that in a long time. I realized that I had a very stressful day yesterday and did not meditate, do yoga, or read from a spritual book. Hmmm. Guess it DOES make a difference!


I'm grateful that I know ways to cope with stress now. And I'm grateful when I remember them. And I'm grateful when I actually do them.
