Sometimes goals are so hard to maintain

I set a goal to run 15 miles a week and today is Thursday and I have not yet run 1 mile. However, I am getting my yard work done - I spent a over 5 hours raking and mowing my yard and I am not done yet. I am getting a great arm workout.
