Almost forgot breakfast again, grabed some fruit as I was heading out the door for work so atleast I ate something.
Did pretty good yesterday did my workout, when it was dinner time I had soup and 2 cups of cooked veg, later when I was getting the snack craving I had another meal instead so I had 3 meals yesterday instead of 2 and snack attack.
So todays goal is to have 3 meals at proper times and proper portions.
