Day 11

Today was my day off.. and I spent it catching up on laundry, going grocery shopping, and making dinner all before going to the gym with my mom :) she has been a great support system for me.. and I absolutely love her for that! Soo.. back to the gym.. I pushed myself as hard as I could and it felt amazing! I added almost a whole mile to my bike ride (add .9) and burned a lot more calories.. and I did incline on the treadmill at 6% and could definitely feel the burn! I was very proud of myself! My legs are very sore right now.. so its going to be a little tough at the gym tomorrow morning.. but it will all be worth it in the long run!

Well that is all for tonight.. I am off to catch up on some TV from last week!
