Pacemaker followup check.

Wednesday, October 19, 2011

I had my 2-week post surgery follow-up this morning. Pacemaker appears to be functioning and healing progressing normally.

I am cleared to begin re-introducing my workout schedule, gardening, and other activities that involve my left chest and upper arm, so long as I do it gradually, and paying close attention to my wound and device status.

I am grateful for this new opportunity to expand and explore. Since the heart problems were purely electrical, I can look forward to many more happy and productive years.

**I am thankful for to all my friends and well-wishers.

Just don't out pace the pacemaker. Take care of yourself, we are used to having you around and hearing your voice! Blessings to you!
