Thank GAB for leaving a comment of yesterdays blog. I plan on using your advice.
Yesterday I was down in the dumps, today a little better.
When I got home yesterday, I did 1/2 hour workout, I over ate at dinner again and then of course I was snacking in the evening.
I'm not eating breakfast and I really have to start doing that, because i think my heavy snacking is because i've only eaten 2 meals and instead of making a 3rd meal in the evening I snack and snack, it would also explain why I'm so hungry at dinner time.
I do have my lunch portions under control at work, I have 1 cup soup, or 2 cups salad, or 1 sandwich.
My first food goal is going to be add breakfast, second, portion all meals, third, improve bad snacking habits.
Workout 5 days instead of 7, 30 minutes or more depending on how I'm feeling after the first 30 minutes.
This may seem pretty relaxed, but I have to get the control first.
