I have accepted the fact no matter what program I choose I will have my ups and downs with the scale, some times there will be a reason sometimes not.
Last week I had a five pound gain, I knew why ! Too much salty foods, and Ok self sabatoge but its ok , I am learning , and I am giving myself credit, I walked every day last week, and I tracked and stayed on plan , just not best food choices.
And I did not let the scale ruin my week or my day , the scale does not define who I am.
This week I have been walking twice a day so far this week, watching my portion size , and making sure i am making better choices.
