  congratulations you look great.
i have a question from every one were do you guys buy your hcg drops i was doing online research and there is alot our there but i want to get something that works i bought my first one at health store but they are too expensive.

    I would come and visit you in jail...but I'd be the friend asking you what color the masks should be, so I'd be sitting in the cell next to you! LOL I loved what you said from your book. How true is that...that when we are happy we basically self sabotage ourselves! I will have to keep that in mind. Have a great night!!

    I'll be the first to visit you in jail....hahaha! I hate that you are having such a hard time transitioning. I did it before, I was so strong on one of my rounds but didn't follow through like I should have into P3 and i paid the price! But I used it as a learnering lesson and you should too.

Unfortunately this is YOUR path and we can encourage you and support you but ultimately you are the one that has to make your way through it.

I finally realized that I wasn't going to be on a "diet" for the rest of my life but i guess to some people I am on just that. I don't see it because it is my choice and my decision. I choose Primal/Paleo b/c it works for me. But ultimately you need to find your path (lifestyle) that you'll be able to maintain and not feel like you are on a diet at all. My point is I don't feel the need to stray far from the diet or binge b/c in my mind I'm not on a diet. I just choose to make better choices and avoid grains and sugars. It takes time to reprogram you mind to understand that you don't need those cookies and cakes, and that chocolate d's are just as good. Listen to your body. Obviously your body did not like the path you choose.

I've learned that giving in to cravings leads to several days of cravings and that isn't fun or worht it.

You will conquer this! You will learn your path! Please don't give up until you do! You can do this! All of these slip up have a purpose and the lessons you learn from them will be made into a part of that path.
