I was sick a few weeks ago, so I didn't work out at all but still tried to stick with a balanced diet, I don't eat junk food or go over my calories during that time. Then I got better and since then have been running every other day about 5 miles. Yet no progress! In fact I gained about 2 lbs. WTF! I thought the first time I stepped on the scale it was a mistake. But I've weighed myself several days now and I'm certain I gained a couple.
