Lime BL Challenge Blog for Week 6...

So, our assignment is to write how we have done so far on the challenge, etc...

I have not lost the weight I wanted to lose. HOWEVER... I started the challenge not being ready for it. I have completed more challenges this BL season than I have in a long time. I am drinking more water and exercise is slowly becoming a regular part of my life again. So, I say I have made some improvements in 6 weeks.

I also am making some mental breakthroughs... I have been blogging more and it has helped tremendously. The support of my fellow Limes this season has been absolutely phenomenal. We are definitely a STRONG team and I hope that in the next 4 weeks, I am able to drop a few pounds and come out a little bit lighter at the end of this 10 weeks.

In other news, I am FINALLY on the sub list for school and they just put me on it yesterday, called me today and I work tomorrow at the high school! I am sooo excited!

    Hi Shannon;

You will loose and it slows down sometimes but you will be okay if you stay consitant. Nice news that you have a job and teaching children. God bless you always. Learn something new every day.

    You can do it!!!! Way to go with the sub job!!!! You really have made some great changes. Remember, these changes are improvements, the more we do them, the more repetitious they become, like our 2nd nature. You are doing awesome, Shannon! Love you girlfriend!

congrats on doing better this challenge! You are right, you weren't ready... the Shannon of today is a much different Shannon than the beginning of our challenge....

You are making it happen for you (the important one) Remember you are the important one in this it for you and keep on doing it for you. Be the first person you think of in the morning and the last one you plan for the next day when you go to sleep...

keep it up Shannon... you are doing so well!
