My last time on here was in Feburary. With my back injury I had stopped working out and getting on here. I did however get down to 148 pounds so I lost weight. Im ready to get back into working out although my back and leg issues have not been fully resolved. I have no disc between L4 and L5 where my sciatic nerve comes out. Now I am having problems with my left leg as well as my right. I have been told I can work out doing whatever feels comfortable. I have 20 pounds to lose and I am too close to give up now. Its just with all this down time its hard to get back into a routine I loved so much.
