Day 9 & 10

So yesterday and today started my night shifts (3-11pm) which is always sooo tough while dieting! However, my parents are absolutely amazing and they bring me dinner every night! I only live a few miles down the road so it is an easy drive for them, and they are rooting me on 100% with this weight loss journey, and have offered to help me in any way possible! So thanks to them I had a great dinner Monday night, as well as tonight, and it allowed me to stay within my calorie range! I also went to the gym both yesterday and today, and felt wonderful after doing so! I find myself sleeping so much better when I go to the gym regularly! YAY for me.. I am so proud of myself for getting back on that wagon after falling off for several months! I am definitely going to try my best to get to my goal without anymore mishaps! Keep your fingers crossed for me! :)
