There has been a lot of hype about green smoothies, so I decided to give it a try. Actually it tasted pretty good.
1 whole kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 fresh mango, cut into cubes
1 small apple , peeled, cored and cut in cubes
1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain
1/2 to 1 cup bottled green tea
1/2 cup baby spinach
Blend all ingredients together to your consistency and enjoy.
