Well, I did 15 minutes on the exercycle this evening when I got up plus my strength exercises for upper and lower body.
Starting to get ready for work so I thought I would get this out now.
It gets a bit crazy on my floor at the hospital at work so there is always alot of walking involved-all night long. Busy place!!
Will stop off at Walmart in the morning when I get off work and pick up a scale for home. My scheduled weighing time will be once a month at 4:30pm when I get up after my 7 hours sleep.
