Ok... I havve the munchies today.... I'm NOT hungry... I am BORED.... and when I'm bored I eat mindlessly... emoticon... I am doing my best to resist the urge to eat a bunch of junk... so far I have given in and eaten a pkg of fun size m-n-m's... still haven't gone over on my calories for today, but feel like I will... Only thing I know to do is either exercise more to maybe compensate for eating too much or skip dinner... I don't like skipping meals(don't think it is healthy), so I will probably ride my stationary bike in a bit...

    Erg...hate the munchies! But at least you did your stationary bike, woohoo! I, myself, did GREAT yesterday, and then this that and the other thing happened, and the AWLF ambushed me! Gave in to heavy duty emotional eating!

    great choice!!!!! the munchies are always out there, trying to derail us. all those sweet and salty goodies just seem to call out to us but exercise does help chase them away. emoticon you are emoticon emoticon

    I did the fitness... rode my stationary bike for 30 min... did program #3... it was HARD... lol emoticon
