Beginning Again

Oct 18, 2011, tuesday, Starting again today, did the treadmill and AB lounger. Couldn't do too much for the first day, but it was a start. Ate breakfast, shredded wheat and a banana, that too is a start. I usually don't eat any breakfast. Have to pack a dinner for work tonight, I will give a good try to eat just what I bring, NO EXTRAS!
