Alright. So I took a few days off. And I did somethings during those days that I might not have done had I been tracking like a good girl. Like eat brownies. And skip my workouts. But I was sick, so I couldn't work out (I even tried and gave up a few times) and the brownies were only around for a short time while we had company over.
I'm still sick, but I'm getting better. I'll get back to tracking tomorrow.
The scale is only being meaner.
Tomorrow, we're back to tracking, drinking lots of water, and aiming for that 350 calorie daily deficit, okay? Unless I still can't work out (i.e. too sick, or it settles in my lungs as a cough... heaven forbid!) in which case I'll settle for about 200 calories. Deal? Deal.
