First full day of the plan

First full day of the new eating plan. I stayed within my goals and I wasn't even too hungry, yay! I even did my exercises all the way through today from sparkpeople. It feels good to have a better idea of what I am doing and how I am doing it! I am a bit tired but that could just be from being a preschool teacher :) I am feeling confident that I can keep it up!

    Im in my first week as well and I feel the same way im staying within my nutrition goals which i lowered on here and i dont even feel hungry. But I am sore!!!! hehe Im so Happy for YOU

    emoticon Your first steps are hard, I keep ending up back at square one through my own slacking, but it feels so good when you DO hit that mark of staying on plan!! emoticon
