First full day of the plan

First full day of the new eating plan. I stayed within my goals and I wasn't even too hungry, yay! I even did my exercises all the way through today from sparkpeople. It feels good to have a better idea of what I am doing and how I am doing it! I am a bit tired but that could just be from being a preschool teacher :) I am feeling confident that I can keep it up!
