I ate okay never going too high but only 200ish minutes of exercise verses 1000 last week. I am 1 lb up. But this week is different! I even did 1 hour of step ups last night at 1050pm. Late but still yesterday!!! I have tracked for 2 days and been extremely close even with Hubby;s surprises. I have planned the menu and bought for the week. now to just stay with it!!!!!
I slept late but feel great!! Gotta run(not literally-yet)
