I already have a mentor and have had her as my mentor for many years. she has stood by me at the worst times of my life and has helped me to grow she has challenged me when I was not working on improving myself and comforted me when I failed. She was the social worker at the church I attended and I call her "ma" because she has been my mother scince I was a silly 25 years old and now that she is retired and lives a long way away I still am in contact with her she is my "ma"
