So it's day one of a new approach to finding a healthier way of living. I gave up soda about a month ago, I was an avid soda drinker and by that I mean drinking soda as my primary fluid throughout the day. Thinking that this change alone would make a difference only to be disappointed. I have enlisted the help of my husband as my "coach" to tracking calories and deficits. I am going to be adding some more exercise into my schedule pieces at a time. My crazy schedule makes it hard to fit everything in but he is willing to help me out :) I am hoping to eliminate or at least minimize unnecessary snacking and eat healthier in general. So let's see how it goes!
