So, I've attempted to get back my health and shape so many times. I realize I cannot do this without the accountability of Sparkpeople. It is so easy for the food to not count if it's not entered and tallied. I am still astonished at how many calories most tasty foods have! I also need to get back into my circuit training/weight training routine.
So, today, I walked for 45 minutes. This is nothing new. I also did a little more than half of Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones. Basically, I completed the warm-up, one set of each exercise and all of the core exercises and cool down.
I have aimed to eat much raw food today along in a sort of grazing fashion. Restricting caloric intake so much in order to lose 10 pounds by Christmas means I feel hungry often. I am trying to look at eating three small meals with two small snacks. This helps with the jitters I get when I go too long without food.
So, here's to trying again.
