This is what I look like after running for 20 minutes (in a freaking row people!). I generally get off the treadmill bright red, panting, hair plastered to my head and legs wobbly.
I love it.
This weekend I ran 25 minutes. The longest I have ever run continuously. EVER. And you know what? I didn't feel like I was going to die. It was tough, sure, but I didn't feel that if I didn't hit the speed button 5 and start to slow down I was going to topple off the back and end up in a heap on the floor. I felt that I could have gone on a bit longer. I felt amazing.
Of course I looked like a lobster but it was worth it!
This is W7 of the C25K plan and all three session simply say 'run 25 minutes'. Bring it on!
