So it has been almost a month since my last blog, thing have been really busy. I started my second job, and have not has much time to get on spark. I am proud to say that even thought I have not been on much in the last month I am down 2 pounds and have been staying with in my calories. I have been so tired from work that I have not been doing zumba workout and been skiping strength training but I have been burning lots of calories at work espcially doing my second job where I am on my feet and moving the whole 3 hours I am there. Between both of my jobs I get as low as 12,000 steps and I have walked as much as 21,000 steps. according to my pedometer I burn between 700-1300 calories. I usually subtrack 100-200 off because at my fist job it is not continoues movement. My goal this week is to get in strenght exercise atleast 3 times this week.
