I seem to have been stuck all summer at the same wgt. Every once in a while I gain 5# but it is back off in a couple of weeks. I know I need to change things up but what I have been doing, kickboxing 3x a week and salads for lunch, watching fats and calories, has at least kept my wgt steady. Only gained on vacation or occasional weekend.
I need to find some new motivation. I have dropped 2 sizes, bought new clothes and pulled out ones I could not wear. I think I am getting complacent because I feel so much better than I did. But I need to cont.
