What. A. Day.

Today was rough. Or maybe it wasn't and I only feel like it was because my muscles are exhausted from the workouts and I had to struggle through the workouts.

Today was a dreary day. It was windy and cold. Without the wind it probably would've been fine, but with the wind is was just downright horrid. Then the rain came. Rain PLUS wind? No thanks. That nixed the walk for today.

No biggie, I'll just do my strength training and Zumba or maybe some dancing around the house. I had the motivation going in, but once it came time to do the work it was tough.

Don't ask me how I got through it. But I did and I'm glad of that fact.

Scheduling helped again today. I was able to check things off and keep trucking, even when unexpected errands came up.

Now I'm exhausted. I can't wait for tomorrow, though!

    It's good that you did your work out anyway. Your body thanks you & probably your mind. I don't care for wet cold windy rainy days either.

    Congrats on making it through the day. It's really windy and cold here too so I can understand how that can effect things. Hopefully today is going much better! :-D
