My arms are really getting to me today.
I did what I belive to be "a right" workout. I used enough weight to be able to do the reps correctly, but only 8-10 times, rest, do it again. I did this with each and every upper body machine yesterday.
Today my arms are sore. I will go for a while not noticing it, then I move in just-the-right-way and feel like whining.
But that means my arms are getting stronger. And more muscle means more calorie burn.
And maybe, just maybe, I can convince my hubby to give me a massage...
