Yesterday's Goals:
Workout [no]
Vitamins [yes]
40 oz water [yes]
walk on break [yes]
Get to bed by 10pm [yes]

M1 shake
M2 broc cheese soup
M3 leftover pizza
M4 2 cookies
M5 pork roast & veggies

An ok day yesterday….. We are a little short staffed today so I am not sure how things will go with meals or getting out for a walk on break. No real big plans for the weekend since hubby is working. Saturday will be grocery shopping and Sunday will be prepping food for the week. I hope everyone has a more exciting weekend planned, LOL.
